CHALLENGE
An irregular site required careful testing of subdivision, building massing, access, private open space and landscape relationships.
STRATEGY
A development-led design process tested the site as an integrated whole, balancing development potential with a coherent residential outcome.
OUTCOME
The current design proposes two distinctive residences: a four-bedroom residence and a five-bedroom residence.
