Residential design in Mitcham

CHALLENGE

The project brings four individual two-storey homes together within an established Mitcham setting, while giving each residence its own identity, flexible living arrangement and meaningful connection to private outdoor space.

STRATEGY

The design uses a consistent architectural language of red brick, light upper-level forms and integrated landscaping, while varying bedroom, garage and outdoor arrangements to respond to different household needs. Generous glazing, warm natural finishes and garden outlooks carry the design approach from the exterior through the interiors.

OUTCOME

The collection comprises four residences with a mix of two- and four-bedroom configurations, including flexible Study and Rumpus spaces across selected homes. The result is a cohesive small-scale residential development designed around light, greenery and everyday family living.
